Production Team Lead - 3rd Shift

What you will do:

• Runs operations for metal fabrication department.
• Conducts Associate training.
• Ensures part/products are made per specifications.
• Monitors and documents hourly production rates.
• Works all jobs in department as needed.

To thrive in this role you must have:

• 2+ years experience in metal fabrication equipment. (Required)
• 1+ years leadership/supervisory experience. (Required)
• Skilled in reading a tape measure.
• High school or GED required.
• Capable of working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be on time for your work schedule every day
• Work with safety as #1 priority
• Desire to work towards team productions goals
