Job Description
JOIN A GREAT TEAM
- Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their own homes.
- Help with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, dressing, hygiene, eating, and grooming.
- Assist with fall prevention, transfers, ambulation, range of motion exercise, pet care.
- Observe a patient and notify our team of home health nurses of any issues requiring a change in care, or medication.
A FEW MUST-HAVES
- Good communication skills.
- Compassionate nature.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
