In this role you will:

• Work with nursing and primary care clinicians foster the integration of BH and primary care
• Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow
• Lead team behavioral health team meetings including the involvement of psychiatric prescribers for the assigned team
• Participate in program development activities
• Participate in quality improvement activities

The successful applicant will offer:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling
• Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LISCW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
• Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
