Digital Banking Implementation Supervisor 

Silver Springs, Maryland  

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of Digital Banking products, from origination through to testing and troubleshooting. 
• Lead a team dedicated to the seamless execution of digital banking solutions, providing expert guidance and supervision. 
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Banking products, services, and systems, offering insights and solutions that enhance our offerings. 
• Address and resolve complex issues escalated from other digital banking areas, customer care, branches, or commercial lending/sales teams, as well as directly from customers. 
• Manage multiple projects and customer initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion with a focus on high-quality service delivery.

Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• At least 8 years of experience in Digital Banking or electronic banking sectors. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing treasury/corporate cash management products within a digital banking framework. 
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field. 
• Deep knowledge and understanding of all Digital Banking products and services. 
• Proven technical proficiency in Cash Management and Treasury products and services. 
• Familiarity with NACHA rules and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. 
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in creating analytical spreadsheets, charts, and graphs in Excel. 

Preferred: 

• Associate's degree or higher. 
• Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and/or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certifications. 
• Experience with QuickBooks, Direct Connect, or similar financial management tools. 
• Exposure to FIS business and consumer products. 
• Knowledge of data transmission and connectivity.
