Warehouse Associate

Applicant Qualifications:

· Authorized to work in the USA (Required).

· Fluent in English (reading and speaking).

· Self-starter with ability to multitask and work efficiently with limited supervision.

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, reach high or low shelving, and stand/walk for 6+ hours of moderate activity.

· Basic computer skills.

· Punctual, precise, and friendly with a positive disposition.

· Proof of updated COVID vaccination.

Standard Schedule & Info:

· Job Type: Full time

· Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

· Monday thru Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

· Overtime available, as needed.

· No weekend work! No late shifts!

· This position is on-site at our warehouse here in Sterling, VA.

· Our warehouse is climate controlled (air-conditioning & heating for year-round comfort).

· Casual Clothing and comfortable footwear (no open-toed shoes).

· All tools and equipment are provided for the position.

Job Description (duties/responsibilities):

· Picking, packing, labeling, reviewing, and shipping daily ecommerce orders.

o Products are electricians’ tools and small electrical components.

o Daily duties will involve handling this product (nothing hazardous or fragile).

· Communicating order discrepancies and stock statuses with supervisors and team.

o Team member reports directly to Warehouse Manager and works with other departments as needed.

· Cycle counting, and barcoding of inventory locations.

· Repackaging product to customer requirements.

· Assisting with receiving incoming stock shipments and organizing inventory locations.

· Assembling product kits for customer orders (kitting).

· Operating warehouse equipment (picking ladders, lifts).

· Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and warehouse environment.
