THE BEST PAY

OTR:

Per mile (up to 64 cents per mile & 70 cents for team drivers)
Per percentage (30% from the gross revenue)

Locals:

Per day ($65 per day + 0.50cents per mile)
Per percentage (33% from the gross revenue)
