Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Location: Ancaster

Hourly Rate: $25/hr

Shift: 730-430pm

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and skilled paint sprayers to join our team. As a paint sprayer, you will be responsible for applying paint coatings to various industrial equipment, efficiently and with precision.

Duties

Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
Operating paint sprayers and other equipment to apply coatings
Ensuring consistent coverage and quality finish
Following safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

Proven experience as a paint sprayer or similar role
Proficiency in operating paint sprayers and related equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
