Oportunidades laborales para reconocida empresa de distribución de alimentos, ubicadas en Cataño y Bayamón.

Funciones:
• Atender llamadas telefónicas y correos electrónicos de clientes.
• Resolucion de dudas y preguntas.
• Procesar y gestionar pedidos de compra.

Requisitos:
• Experiencia en Call Center (preferiblemente).
• Conocimiento en proceso de cobro.
• Ingles intermedio.
• Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas o área relacionada o experiencia que sustente conocimiento de tareas del área.
