Full Time Sales Representative

Building Common Good is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full Time Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door visits for fundraising purposes. Your primary objective will be to engage with potential donors, present our organization's mission and projects, and secure donations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to potential donors' residences.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to explain our organization's mission and fundraising goals.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet and exceed donation targets.
- Present compelling reasons for supporting Building Common Good and solicit donations or pledges.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- Clean Criminal Record Check.
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday, Full-Time (11:00am - 8:00pm)
- Previous sales or fundraising experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
