Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support for clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry
• Escort clients to appointments and activities
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the appropriate parties
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) certification is highly preferred
• Previous experience working as a caregiver or in a similar healthcare role
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different situations and provide quality care to clients
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
