Job Description
Hawkeye Global is seeking career minded and highly motivated customer service oriented people to join our team. We value our call center employees.
We host regular online training to teach systematic customer service and new customer acquisition skills along with general tips for interacting with customers, product information, sales procedures, and more
The role of CSR will involve the following main duties:
- Creating a positive and exciting atmosphere at events to attract new customers
- Engaging with our clients existing and future customers in conversation about the client
- Answering customer questions, addressing customer concerns, and occasionally handling customer complaints
- Carrying out basic sales transactions for customers that express an interest in the product or service
- Collecting customer details and logging new customer information
- Researching our clients to gain a better understanding of how you can promote their brand
