Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivables Manager! You will be responsible for the effective management of our billing and accounts receivables:

Responsibilities:

Send engineering reports and invoices to large and small clients and collect payments
Run quality control of our invoice system within Salesforce and Quickbooks to weed out any mistakes before reports or invoices are sent
Evaluate and improve reporting systems and collection procedures
Maintain personal and cordial on-phone and email relationships with the clients in order to collect
Manage the Quickbooks and Salesforce accounting apps
Complete data entry as-directed by the team
Respond quickly to all corrections or inquiries related to collections, invoicing or billing
Collect checks from the company mailbox 1x per week in Dallas

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Accounts Receivables and Quickbooks
Knowledge of common accounting practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to work under pressure

Other Needs:

8:30pm-5:30pm Central Time
Monday - Friday
Good internet at home
