Position: Pharmacy Technician
Reports to: Office Manager or Pharmacist (if present)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- prepare and give out prescription medication.
- count pills, measure medication, label and give instructions for medicine
- Pharmacy techs are the liaison between the public and pharmacists, helping set up
consultations and recommendations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Degree or certification in pharmacy technology
- Meet requirements for Alabama Pharmacy Technician registration
- Customer Service Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Strong organizational skills
