We are looking for a Cafe Manager who is familiar with roasting coffee on a Probat and has familiarity with espresso equipment from La Marzocco.

Qualifications

At least 1-2 years coffee roasting experience

A genuine passion for specialty coffee and interest in current industry trends

Create authentic craft coffee drinks: pour-overs, espresso beverages, and drinks in the highest quality manner possible

Cultivate an extensive knowledge in weekly coffees and roasters

Provides guests with exceptional service and product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description

Invested in the training and development of their teammates and support a strong learning environment in the cafe, focusing on hospitality, product quality, and team development
