Job Description

We are seeking a Skilled Construction Foreman to join our team! You will perform and oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and onsite construction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Proficient in all trades including but not limited to: Framing, drywall, concrete, electrical, plumbing, tile, and finished carpentry.
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Strong communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
