Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

We are looking for an HVAC Foreman to oversee daily operations at a worksite; as the point of reference to both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of projects safely and efficiently. HVAC Foreman has a solid background in the field. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluating job priorities and assigning employees to correct job tasks.
Ability to deliver projects on time and under budget
Ability to manage internal teams and subcontractors
Must place an order for needed equipment.
Measure the strengths and weaknesses of workers.
Reprimand workers when found wanting.
Assign proper tasks to workers.
Ensure that workers are up and doing.
Ensure that work is always in substantial progress.
Report and track projects status and updates
Ensure that the safety of workers is always guaranteed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Driver’s License
Good time management skills.
Mechanical Aptitude (HVAC/ Plumbing/ Electrical)
Bilingual
2+ years- Foreman Experience (Trades)
Knowledge of Plumbing Codes

Physical Requirements:
