Kitchen and Bath Designer

Mid-Atlantic Tile Kitchen & Bath is continuing to expand our Kitchen and Bath Design Division. We are seeking experienced Kitchen and Bath Design Sales Professionals for our location in Frederick, Maryland. Our designers are responsible for providing sales consultation and design services for clients; retail, contractors, builders and A & D Professionals.

Experience designing kitchens and baths
Must be proficient in 2020 Kitchen or similar CAD system
Kitchen & Bath Industry Knowledge
The ideal candidate-

3-5 years of successful kitchen and bath showroom experience
Previous design background with Kitchen & baths a plus
Previous experience in Tile, Stone, Hardwood, LVt a plus
Excellent communicator and presentor
Must have the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers
Must be highly motivated, energetic & driven
Knowledge of building products ideally within the tile, kitchen, bathroom and flooring industries
The kitchen & bath sales position is a full-time salary and commission job with fantastic earning potential. Our starting base salary is $35,000 + commission earned on every sale. Base salary commensurate with experience. Our hours of operation are M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
