Work Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm 

Job Type: Full time – (Monday-Friday) 

Pay: $22.00/hr

Responsibilities: 

• Safe and correct set up and use of all equipment and processes including but not limited to: T molder, drill press, Kerf cutter, pin router, table saw and precision measuring tools 
• Maintain standards set by quality assurance 

• Understand and utilize detailed drawings, cut sheets, work instructions and job orders 
• Assembly and packaging tasks as needed 
• Inspecting parts and machinery for errors 
• Maintain a safe and clean work area 
• Adhere to all safety regulations 
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Work Experience: Experience in woodworking and machine operation 
• Education: Basic math skills 

• Computer Skills: Ability to learn and make transactions in an ERP system 
• Organization Skills: Ability to efficiently work in a high paced environment 
• Cross-functional skills: Ability to work with other team members on the production floor, Able to run multiple jobs in more than one department 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively, Ability to problem-solve 
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team and with individuals at all levels. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
