Laboratory work includes processing seed materials for conservation storage, conducting and monitoring germination trials under controlled conditions and assisting with micropropagation of exceptional species. The successful candidate will have horticultural experience, ideally with growing San Diego native plants, will be willing and able to perform field work under various conditions, will have familiarity with GIS and data collection, and will be passionate about our native flora and its conservation.
