Part Time Finance Specialist - REMOTE Work at home

Who we are looking for...

We are hiring for a position that can be worked part-time or full-time, in the role of a Financial Professional who helps with customer relations. Although the position is with a financial company, the position involves speaking to clientele, so we seek candidates that are great with customer service and helping others. The position can be worked remotely through Zoom, while also having the convenience of being able to work out of a nearby branch location near you. The position is absolutely not a call center position or a sales position.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated and have the ability to work with a wide variety of people. They will demonstrate team building skills, as well as being adept at embracing challenges and show an ongoing commitment towards personal and professional growth.

No prior experience in the financial industry is mandatory, as we primarily look for a candidate's social/people skills. There is a comprehensive training program offered with the position, to fully prepare a new associate for the position.

We have locations across the globe. What we do is help people on how to save money, retirement planning, 401k, IRAs, stocks bonds, mutual funds, life insurance, college funding for kids, you name it we can help. We even help people save on taxes for businesses and

financial purposes, timing in our industry is crucial, money is constantly moving, seeing close to 3 trillion dollars moving annually.

Why this industry?: People are trying to take back control of their pensions, property, and investment accounts. Then people working in different markets as well such as Millennials and Gen Z are trying to learn about it. So we have the capability of sitting with people to give them better options for their future, and provide educational information to help them understand their options. Job Duties:

• Financial Professionals daily duties consists of helping and educating people about their options within the world of financial planning. The beauty of our industry today, is that it can be worked remotely... anywhere and anytime.
• A typical day in this position, would see you virtually via Zoom helping anywhere from 2-6 people with some of their financial planning goals.
• No experience in financial advising or recruiting is necessary, and there is a comprehensive training program via webinar/zoom. Please note, this is a remote opportunity, and 80% of this opportunity requires you to be present for Zoom meetings.
• This role will require you to obtain a license in your state and we provide all the necessary training to help you achieve this. It is a requirement in order for you to be successful in this business, and it usually takes an average of 2 weeks of training to get the license.
