REQUIREMENTS:
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS ( 24 MONTHS ) OF EXPERIENCE
- NO MORE THAN 3 MOVING VIOLATIONS IN THE PAST 3 YEARS
- ONLY ALLOWED 2 MOVING VIOLATIONS WITHIN A 12 MONTHS PERIOD
