Administrative Support
- Contractor
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support will answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Accept all incoming mail and packages for the company or the other locations.
- Administrative Support will assist departments such as: Sales, Human Resources, Quality, and Payroll with clerical projects and data entry.
- Place orders for warehouse and office supplies
- Schedule and arrange catering for visitors, employees, or meetings.
- Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with a professional manner and make sure they are signed in.
- Ensure that you notify the correct personnel of their visitor’s arrival.
- Organize meeting reservations and conference room schedules.
- Sign for deliveries and prepare packages to be sent out
- Prepare reports after gathering data and assist the Plant Manager with them.
- Perform additional duties as given.
Requirements:
- High School or GED equivalent.
- Must have 1+ years of experience in administration or related.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software.
- Must have knowledge of computers, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Can maintain confidential files and information.
- Must be able to work 1st shift.
