Bilinguals Russian and Vietnamese speakers needed!

We are looking agents for a remote call center position, Russian and Vietnamese bilingual speakers. Will be consulting on healthcare insurance products and resolving their questions. Direct hire Opportunity with immediate benefits.

Start Date: 10/20

Pay Rate: $16/hour + performance bonus

Training 2-3 weeks / 7am-5:30pm PST (Monday through Friday)

Post Training Schedule: 7am-5:30pm PST (Monday through Friday)

Location: Work from home. Must reside anywhere in Washington State

Technology: Laptop or chrome book will be shipped directly to their home

Job duties

Answer incoming communications from customers
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

requirements

Bilingual in English and Russian (or vietnamese)
6 months or more of customer services experience
High school diploma or GED
Computer savvy
High speed internet connection (>25mbps).
A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise
