This position will support of the Spectral program. The Information System Security Officer (ISSO) will be responsible for both administratively and technically leading a diverse team of Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) in the performance of mandatory information system security tasks on assigned information systems utilizing DAAPM, JSIG, DoD 8500, NIST, ICD, CNSSI, Security Authorization documentation and other related DoD documents in support of training and operations.

The ISSO will be overall responsible for the cybersecurity posture of their assigned program. The selected candidate will coordinate and participate in tasks that include, but are not limited to configuring information systems, providing information for the development of System Security Plans, establishing and maintaining configuration management plans, install/update/remove computer equipment, preparing documents to gain government approvals to operate information systems, weekly system audits, anti-virus software management, sanitizing systems and components, establishing new user accounts, preparing for and supporting inspections, participating in enterprise initiatives, continuous monitoring, self-inspection review, etc.

Successful candidate should be knowledgeable of information technology security principles, various computer/network operating systems, and Microsoft suite of applications. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Mission requirements may require other than first shift work. Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance.
• DoD IAT Level II certification: CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, or SSCP is required before applying.
• Must maintain DoD 8570-M certification for the duration of your employment.
• Experience implementing JSIG and/or NIST SP 800-53 security controls.
• Experience performing the continuous monitoring of system security controls.

Desired skills

• Ability to work under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
• DoD CSSP Auditor certification: CEH, CySA+, CISA, GSNA, CFR
• Prior ISSO/ISSM experience.
• Experience with DoD GOTS Solutions such as ACAS, HBSS/ESS, and SCAP.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps culture.
• Experience with classified or unclassified cloud solutions.
• Must be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to established security policies.
• Possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $97,500 - $186,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $112,100 - $211,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
