The Role

The Marketing Operations Analyst will manage, maintain and improve our Hubspot CRM capabilities to support sales and marketing needs and goals. This role will work closely with all marketing, sales, and other data operations teams to help with reporting needs, ensuring data quality, and data completeness. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, able to work on multiple concurrent projects at a time, and enjoys solving complex problems with creative solutions. 

The Responsibilities
  • Maintain and distribute sales/marketing pipeline reports, sales forecasting reports, sold business reports, lost opportunity reports, provide marketing campaign support, sales activity reporting, and other ad-hoc reporting as needed. Routine querying and QA of Sales data in CRM system
  • Monitor and maintain database integrity, performing ongoing data cleansing to maintain the health and accuracy of our prospect, and lead database
  • Work with marketing, sales, and other data operations teams to develop coordinated, enterprise-wide marketing automation strategies, help with data updates, quality control, and data completeness
  • Ensure the CRM database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities (email lists, ad audiences, etc.)
  • Assist with compliance of GDPR, CAN-Spam, and other regulations on deliverable CRM activities including workflows, email creation, form creation, lead attribution, building segmented lists, and data management
  • Create Engagement and Lead Nurture Campaigns to identify when prospects are most ready to enter or progress through the sales funnel and facilitate outreach with the sales development and lead generation teams
  • Analyze and provide recommendations based on the performance of sales templates, marketing emails, chat flows, etc. to identify optimizations using A/B testing
  • Optimize and Implement User workflows to help the team become more efficient with the Marketing/Sales Tech Stack
  • Help the Marketing Automation Manager with various other related tasks
The Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing operations (including campaign development and reporting) 
  • B2B Marketing or Sales experience
  • Email Marketing experience
  • Experience with HubSpot/Other CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management skills / knowledge of project management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
