Customer Service Representative - Orlando, FL

Fitness Machine Technicians of Orlando is looking for a high-performing, friendly, and well-spoken individual for our fast growing service business! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) fields inbound service requests, communicates with customers throughout the service experience, manages our appointment scheduling, and facilitates our parts ordering and receiving process. The CSR also performs various administrative roles critical to our daily operations. This is mostly a remote position though candidates must be located in the greater Orlando, FL area. The position starts part time 25-30 hours a week with potential to grow to full time. We want high-performing all-stars on our team! If this is you, please read on.

Our Customer Service Representative operates the gateway to our business and creates the critical first impression. The CSR must be able to create and nurture a positive experience built on our promise of outstanding customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent FMT with professionalism and a friendly demeanor

• Respond to service requests and communicate with customers throughout the service cycle

• Schedule appointments

• Communicate with field technicians to ensure efficient and optimal execution of our service model

• Process work orders and facilitate next steps of service cycle

• Facilitate parts process including communication with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers, with potential to grow into a parts manager role

• Additional administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer-facing experience

• Strong customer service skills, ability to converse, and a pleasant & friendly personality

• Organized with ability to prioritize and multitask

• Process oriented with consistent attention to detail

• Can harmoniously work and gel with a team

• Above average computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software

• Experience with spreadsheets

• Geographic knowledge of Central Florida area and ability to understand how to efficiently group appointments, including use of Google Maps

• Reliable computer system, cell phone, internet and cell service

• Ability to work independently and take pride & ownership in work quality

• Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities
