Who we are

CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone.

We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they're in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we're proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.

We're changing the game for restaurateurs whether they're entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

What you'll do

  • You will drive the roadmap and strategic direction for our Facility Experience team, which provides software and solutions to guarantee our restaurateurs and facility staff have the best experience within our facilities, specifically:
  • You will build products that serve our Kitchen Licensees during the digital and physical onboarding process, so they can get off on the right foot and have the best experience from day 1 to day 1000.
  • You will build tools to enable licensees to easily and quickly onboard, making sure they're doing the right critical things to start their restaurant out strong, such as creating their menu and  onboarding onto Online Food Ordering services.
  • You will build software to make licensees' lives easier after they have onboarded, from support, to eater interactions, to courier interactions, and letting them take action in their kitchen when things go wrong.
  • You will develop software to aid Facility Operations staff within the facility to more smoothly operate the facility, such as TV feeds, facility health tools, ops HR tools, among others.
  • You will work closely with engineering, design, support, marketing, sales, and end customers to ensure the highest business impact is measured and achieved with the above programs.

What we're looking for

  • You have 8+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Prefer to have domain expertise working directly with customers in either scaled support or end-user onboarding
  • You have experience owning products throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception to development, to scale, and sustaining.
  • You have experience working alongside engineering and design teams, to create, develop, and maintain durable products that satisfy customers needs
  • Experience in APIs, SDK, SQL, and Postman.
  • Experience with product road mapping and go-to-market planning - with strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills.
  • Data driven decision making with a willingness to get their hands dirty in the data warehouse.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize technical topics for executive audiences.

Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.

Why join us

  • Growing market: You'll be focused on an $80 billion market that's projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You'll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer's success.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our Seattle office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we're in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you're constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we're better as a team in-person. That's why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week. Looking forward to sharing more about a Career of Substance at Cloud Kitchens.
