Provides management to the department in the absence of the senior leader.
May have direct responsibility for functions within the department.
Has ability to hire, fire and discipline staff.

• Under the direction of the Director, may have a specific responsibility for portions of the department(s).
• Will provide counsel to hospital staff in relation to employment matters.
• Administers programs as assigned.

Required: Bachelors in related field or equivalent experience

Required: 5 years in Human Resources

Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR or CHHR, or equivalent HR certification
