We are currently hiring a Job Coach ll to join our team. You will provide training to a caseload of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities working at various individual placement work sites throughout San Diego County. You will travel in your own vehicle between work sites to deliver services to help them succeed equipped with the right skills at their jobs. This is a part time position and hours will vary based on case load.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $19.80.

A typical day will include:

  • Ensuring completion of work tasks as required by the employer and/or established procedures.
  • Providing on-going training to participants throughout the workday as needed.
  • Collecting and records data on participant’s goals as required.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with employer and other employees at the work site.
  • Emulating exemplary work behaviors at all times.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One year of experience working with individuals with I/DD preferred.
  • Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record.
  • Own transportation to multiple work sites.

We’d love it if you:

  • Experience with electronic case management systems (Therap)
  • Have experience with individual service plans (goal development)
