Due to expansion, we are moving our offices from Locust Valley, NY to a new professional office in Glen Head, NY.
We are seeking an associate attorney for our growing insurance defense/personal injury firm located on the North Shore of Long Island . The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability; Labor Law claims; automobile liability; and dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment. Trial experience is not required but is a plus.

- Significant client contact from beginning to end
- Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers
- Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records
- Conducting and representing clients at depositions
- Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts
- Preparing and responding to relevant motions
