Forklift Operator-Warehouse Worker

Our client is seeking reliable associates to join their busy warehouse team. If you are a motivated individual with warehouse experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Selected individuals will be responsible for the following duties:

Location: Mississauga

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $21.00 to 22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift equipment in a safe manner (counterbalance, order picker and reach)
• Utilize RF scanners to inspect and load orders for shipment
• Load orders safely and competently to prevent damage during shipping
• General labour duties - ordering picking, unloading containers, labelling, etc
• 50% forklift, 50% general labour)
• Ensure orders are clean, neat, and in good condition
• Securely wrap orders for shipment
• Foster a positive and professional team atmosphere
• Perform other assigned duties, including wrapping skids

Forklifts:

• Raymond Reach
• Cherry Picker (Order Picker)
• Counterbalance

Requirements:

• Certified with all three forklifts (counterbalance, order picker and reach)
• Must understand this is NOT a 100% forklift job. This is a team environment!
• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
• Reliable with an outstanding attendance record
