Your responsibilities may also include the migration of software and data from legacy systems in use before the OS upgrade. You must ensure the operating system is running to specifications on all desktop PC units, laptops, and any other hardware or devices. You must have solid communication skills to teach employees (at all levels) the new system, login procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
