What is a technical instructor?

A technical instructor or trainer helps organizations implement new technology by providing training to employees. Job duties include familiarizing yourself with the technology, consulting with management about organizational goals, and assessing the employees’ technical competencies. They may also develop strategies for group education and implementation.
