A school leader works an administrative job under the supervision of the principal in a school. You are a teacher who has taken on a leadership role in a school district. You spend less time with students and instead perform duties including hiring teachers and leading their development, planning goals for the school, retaining school staff, analyzing teaching strategies and student data, and ensuring the school’s instructional design and achievement.
