What is a registration representative?

Registration representatives greet patients and help them fill out paperwork when they arrive at a hospital or other health care facility. As a registration representative, you learn the reason for their visit, gather information, and help to accurately fill out forms and file them accordingly. You also find registration representatives at colleges and resorts; these positions have different job duties. At colleges, registration representatives assist students to register for classes. Resorts utilize registration representatives to check in guests when they arrive.
