The duties of a real estate executive assistant vary depending on the needs of the broker or sales agent for whom you work. Your responsibilities may include making appointments with clients and collecting and filing documents from a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction. You may make travel arrangements or set schedules for members of the team at your real estate firm. Depending on the size of the office, you may train clerical staff to perform administrative duties, answer and transfer telephone calls, and greet clients when they enter the office.
