A project facilitator combines management skills and administrative duties to help a team working on a project to complete it on time and to proper specifications. As a project facilitator, your job duties include creating budgets and proposals, handling staff issues, and monitoring the project throughout each phase. Qualifications to become a project facilitator include a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field in which you are working, and several years of experience developing projects.
