In this career, your job duties include managing daily accounting tasks, preparing reports, working with budget-related materials, and approving certain types of spending. As a financial administrator, you work in the accounting department of a company, or a specific wing in a more-sizable corporation. In a smaller business, you handle accounting tasks yourself instead of delegating to others. Companies may hire financial administrators who have experience in an accounting position.
