What is a crew trainer?

A crew trainer typically works in the fast food industry and is responsible for instructing new employees on how to perform their job duties. As a crew trainer, you teach new hires how to take orders from customers, run the register, prepare and wrap food, and distribute food to the customers accurately. Qualifications to become a crew trainer include a high school diploma or equivalent and some food service experience. Some service and manufacturing industries may also need crew trainers to assist new employees in learning the best practices and requirements of their job.
