A Crew Trainer is first and foremost a leader responsible for onboarding new hires and demonstrating best practices as they learn the ropes. Crew Trainer positions are most often in the service and manufacturing industries, so prior experience working in your selected field will be important in your job prospects. In most cases, a high school diploma or equivalent will suffice as far as education. Instead, employers seek individuals with exceptional communication skills.
