What is a career coach?

A career coach works with their clients to determine career goals and helps them find jobs that fit their qualifications. Through personality tests, practice interviews, and help creating a solid resume, a career coach establishes the strengths and weaknesses that the client needs to improve upon to secure their dream job. Career coaches provide constructive feedback, assess the client’s skills, and encourage them through their job search or next career move.
