As a bulk plant operator, you work in an industrial environment to supervise plant processes, ensure adequate inventory of materials, oversee maintenance of machines and parts, manage employees and staff, confirm organizational adherence to safety and regulatory protocols, coordinate work activities, and fill in for employees as necessary.
