What does an entry level CCNA do?

As an entry-level Cisco Certified Network Associate or CCNA, your job includes network engineering and providing IT support for computer and internet systems. Your duties involve working with router equipment and ensuring all applications and information sharing run smoothly. At the entry-level, you work under the supervision of a senior technician or network engineer as you learn the day-to-day operations and gain experience. You work with managed and unmanaged switches, firewalls, IP phone networks, and virtual private networks. Your responsibilities are to increase speed, enhance customer experience, reduce operating costs, enable remote connections, and improve security.
