What does a real estate agent do?

Real Estate Agent help their clients buy or sell a property. Buyer’s agents find properties that meet their client’s needs. Seller’s agents work to negotiate the best price for their clients. Real Estate Agents all need to keep up with property trends, following current availability and pricing. They act as intermediaries between the buyer and seller and handle all the legal paperwork required to place a bid or to begin the sale process. Real Estate Agents are only paid if they close a transaction; they receive a percentage of the total price of the property that is bought or sold.
