As a part-time virtual recruiter, your job is to act as a liaison between job seekers and employers. Unlike a regular recruiter, a virtual recruiter completes this work from a remote or off-site location. Based on a list of qualifications and responsibilities the company creates, your duties are to screen job seekers’ resumes to match their skills to the company’s specifications. The virtual recruiter conducts a preliminary interview, which is usually done on the phone or via video conference, and from there narrows the candidate pool to provide the company a hand-picked source of candidates to interview.
