What does a part-time Scrum Master do?

Scrum is a framework utilized by companies to encourage a development team to work together efficiently. As a scrum master, your primary responsibilities are to promote and support the Scrum process. You manage the team and ensure everyone understands Scrum theory, rules, and practices. Your duties include evaluating individuals, finding effective techniques, recommending changes to maximize value, coaching participants on cross-functionality and self-organization, and facilitating Scrum events. A part-time scrum master does not work a full 40-hour schedule and may provide scrum master services to multiple teams at the same time.
