A learning consultant, also called an educational consultant, helps schools or businesses design curriculum and training programs that improve performance metrics for students or employees. As a learning consultant, your duties include collaborating with school or company administrators to develop relevant curriculum, identify useful resources, analyze performance metrics, and motivate students or employees to improve their performance. Other responsibilities may include training instructors so they can implement best practices when working with their students.
