What does a software trainer do?

To become a software trainer, you need a bachelor’s degree in computer science, training and development, or a related field. Some positions may require a master’s degrees with a concentration in training and development. Master a variety of different software programs and applications; many companies only hire software trainers who are familiar with the programs they use, so the more you know, the more job opportunities are open to you. Some positions may even require you to become certified in particular products.
