What are different diving jobs?

Career: Diver

Commercial diving exists in a number of industries. If you’re interested in deep sea diving, you could be an assistant to a marine biologist or help with underwater photography. You could be an onshore diver, who works with companies around lakes and rivers, rather than the ocean. You typically perform manual labor underwater, similar to offshore divers. The position of a salvage diver is another possibility. In this job, you go underwater to help retrieve sunken items for scientific studies. Overall, your responsibilities as a diver are to maintain underwater safety while performing other duties your employer expects of you.
