What is a student radiologic technologist?

Student radiologic technologists are individuals who are enrolled in an accredited educational program to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become licensed radiologic technologists. They work under the supervision of certified professionals to gain hands-on experience in operating imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines, and caring for patients during diagnostic procedures. Their training includes both classroom instruction and clinical rotations in healthcare settings. Upon successful completion of their program and certification exams, they become eligible for full licensure as radiologic technologists.
